The Great maintenance staff is super helpful and are quick to fit repairs in a respectful and positive manner, showing diligence in their job. One in particular, Gustavo, always has a friendly face and is happy to help and assist. El excelente personal de mantenimiento es muy útil y son rápidos para adaptarse a tareas de reparación en una manera respetuosa y positiva, mostrando diligencia en su trabajo. Uno en particular, Gustavo, siempre tiene una cara amable y está feliz de ayudar y assistir. Office staff Carlos has the best customer service I have ever received. When something’s broken they put the work order in immediately and it usually takes no longer than 2-3 days before my problem is fixed. The maintenance men walk around and pick up trash everyday so the property is usually clean. They also just remodeled the units and painted the buildings . I will definitely be renewing my lease

I've lived here 3 years and used to love it. New owners took over this past summer and made lots of cosmetic changes, but no real improvements. They also raised the rent way too high for what is no longer a good place to live. Lately, gang activity, terrible street noise, and fights have made me feel unsafe and I'm moving out just as quickly as possible.

I have been at my apartment for over a year . It's nice and big . The office takes care of your problems promptly . Usually done with it that week . Apartments are really big in size and in a good price range . The only bad side is the area it's in in the way side . A lot of shootings. Other then that it's a great place schools are right next to the apartments
