New Happy Resident
August 7, 2020I recently moved into AZ and Glenrosa Parks has been so friendly and helpful with my out of state transition to this Sunny state. The Great maintenance staff is super helpful and are quick to fit repairs in a respectful and positive manner, showing diligence in their job. One in particular, Gustavo, always has a friendly face and is happy to help and assist. The Leasing office staff is also helpful, friendly, and greet you with a nice smile behind the new 2020 Corona Plexiglas, making the ...experience safe and sanitary. I've had a great move-in experience, despite a few hiccups they were happy to resolve. ---- Recientemente me mudé a AZ y los Glenrosa Parks Apartamentos. La Associatcion de Glenrosa ha sido tan amable y servicial con migo en este transición a el estado tan caliente. El excelente personal de mantenimiento es muy útil y son rápidos para adaptarse a tareas de reparación en una manera respetuosa y positiva, mostrando diligencia en su trabajo. Uno en particular, Gustavo, siempre tiene una cara amable y está feliz de ayudar y assistir. El personal de la oficina de arrendamiento también es útil, amable, y le dan la bienvenida con una agradable sonrisa detrás de la nueva 2020 Corona Plexiglas, lo que hace que la experiencia caja de seguridad y sanitarios. April 24, 2020Office staff Carlos has the best customer service I have ever received. When something’s broken they put the work order in immediately and it usually takes no longer than 2-3 days before my problem is fixed. The maintenance men walk around and pick up trash everyday so the property is usually clean. They also just remodeled the units and painted the buildings . No longer a good place to live.
December 22, 2019I've lived here 3 years and used to love it. New owners took over this past summer and made lots of cosmetic changes, but no real improvements. They also raised the rent way too high for what is no longer a good place to live. Lately, gang activity, terrible street noise, and fights have made me feel unsafe and I'm moving out just as quickly as possible.Review from Apartments.com

Nice big apartments
July 20, 2015I have been at my apartment for over a year . It's nice and big . The office takes care of your problems promptly . Usually done with it that week . Apartments are really big in size and in a good price range . The only bad side is the area it's in in the way side . A lot of shootings.
