October 9, 2020Worst management. Ever. I don't understand how this apartment complex has 4.0 out of 5 rating. They have horrible management here at GLENWOOD APARTMENTS. The property manager is so fake. She acts like everything is in your favor when she doesn't even remember the conversations you had. ALSO, communication is horrible. Its so sad how this property is all about taking your money. They don't care about YOU, all they care about is your MONEY. Stay away from this place. Great location and management
March 31, 2020This apartment is located close to the train station and bus stop so getting around is not an issue. The property manager is very nice! She always respond to my email in a timely manner. The facility here is also great. I love that there is laundry onsite and a business center where you can to print your documents. February 6, 2020Been living here for almost half a year and my time has gone by amazingly. The people who live in this apartment community are kind and peaceful. The people managing the property from Kiona to Jose are individuals who put a smile on your face everytime you see them because of their attractive personalities and professional work ethic. I live by myself in a studio and have more than enough room and all my needs are catered to. Also located in a central location that is close to everything you ...could think of from the NYC to parks to shopping centers and so on. NOISE ISSUE THEY WON'T FIX
November 14, 2019For the past 2 months there has been a loud metal clanking in my apartment. Made several requests to maintenance before they even looked at the issue. After getting jerked around for a month of them saying they'll fix it, nothing has been done. It's hard to get any good rest here. Even though this is clearly a breach of contract, they refuse to refund my deposit so I can leave. Save your money..Property Manager Responded
