horrible living experience throughout my one lease. i couldnt get out of there fast enough. from termites to a/c freezing up to constant issues with the garage gates to the absolutely insane building alarm issues…this place is a joke. the original apartment i moved into was clearly not cleaned and in fact the dishwasher was so gross, i had them order a new one. two months into the lease i ended up having to move to a different building due to an absolutely disgusting termite infestion. once in ...
that new space in a different building, i endured nearly 9 months off and on of alarms going off for days at a time. the amount of sleep i lost is indescribable. the office and maintenance staff are lazy, incompetant, generally unhelpful and at times unfriendly. any and every issue at this property is handled by putting a “bandaid” on it instead of actually fixing it. dont let the lease deals or location suck you in…you will regret it. i would give zero stars if possible.
