Terrible
July 31, 2025There is no benefit to living here. They do not offer the trips or activities advertised. When someone other than the "activities coordinators" attempted to organize outings, the pushback and resistance from the office was horrible. The manager has made it abundantly clear how she thinks the tenants are awful people and it is well known among the Clover properties how terrible the people are that live there. Crime behind the building is common place. When reported to the office, the manager ...refused the idea of installing security lighting in the poorly lit areas. Pricing is out of control. In 2 years, our rent went up $500! The management is trying to take the cost of replacing 9 year old carpeting from our security deposit. Jessica in the office has been so helpful and pleasant - it has been a pleasure talking with her!
