    Positive overall experience with complex but laundry room washing machines don’t work!

    The machines are owned and maintained by a third-party vendor. You can find their service information on the machine itself.     Very happy living here. The maintenance is prompt and dealing with the office very pleasant. A drawback could be dealing with water shutoffs in your portion of the building occasionally. Also mandatory $70 wifi. But in terms of safety, cleanliness, and location this is a great apartment building.

    Review of Glo Apartments: I recently had the opportunity to reside at Glo Apartments, and I must say, the quality of the renovated apartments is truly remarkable. The attention to detail and the level of craftsmanship are evident throughout. However, it's important to note that the rental rates are quite high, which is to be expected considering the exceptional quality of the units. One aspect that sets Glo Apartments apart is its mature community. The residents here contribute to a great sense ...
    of community, which adds to the overall living experience. The management team deserves commendation for their continuous efforts in maintaining the cleanliness of the premises. The hallways, elevators, and the recently opened pool area are always kept immaculate. There is, however, a recurring issue that needs attention. For the second year in a row, a temporary "cooler" has been brought in to replace the main AC unit. Unfortunately, this cooler occupies up to seven parking spaces, which can be quite inconvenient for residents arriving home after 5 PM. Given the size of the complex, it would be more preferable if the main AC unit had been fixed prior to the summer season. Despite this concern, the overall maintenance of the apartment complex is commendable. The management team usually maintains good communication with the residents, although there have been some lapses in the past few days. I would like to highlight that the management team was supportive during my period of unemployment caused by COVID-19 and subsequent job loss. While it is evident that Glo Apartments genuinely cares about its residents, there is room for improvement in responding to requests and addressing concerns. Some residents, including myself, have experienced instances where email inquiries were left unanswered, which can be frustrating. Lastly, I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Megan and Adera. They have consistently demonstrated professionalism and have been a pleasure to work with. Based on their exceptional performance, I would rate them 4.5 stars. In conclusion, Glo Apartments offers some of the finest renovated apartments available. Despite the high rent, the community, cleanliness, and overall maintenance make it a desirable place to live. Improvement in responding to requests and better handling of communication would further enhance the resident experience. I would highly recommend considering Glo Apartments for those seeking a
