March 23, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comWorst rental I've ever had!!! Lived there here 3 years, the first week I had a damaged door they said would take care of it, when they had a new one available. I waited 3 months to file a service request officially, thinking they might of forgot. 4 service request later, I'm getting ready to move and the door frame has a huge hole in it. The gun fire is a real thing, you will hear it at least once a week. You will likely witness a fight nightly and the cops will be onsite a couple times a ...week. The tweakers will break in to your mail box, the management is in no particular hurry to fix it. There are pigeons and pigeon excrement all over the steps leading to the apartments. The pigeons live in the the ceilings of the staircases. Management doesn't care, they might sweep up before taking pictures. The pictures on the website don't match the apartments. They didn't let me view the apartment until my move in date. I was told this was because of covid. But, I later found out this is an often used tactic. Cars are broken into nightly. The phone for the apartment usually doesn't accept messages. I have only ever got a hold of the management 2 times since moving here, I have tried many time to reach them but to no avail. They have an online portal but I'm sill waiting for one thing to be answered. I see they responded to a previous review. I doubt they will even answer the email. The garages are not usable, most have the doors torn off of them and the wall tore out. On the plus side the apartment does have a fireplace. There are multiple restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, hospitals and shopping center in the area. The maintenance workers are always so quick to come fix the request and Stephanie in the office goes above and beyond to please the tenants. They've refinished the parking lot which was absolutely awful before but now it's perfect. The floors inside are all new, they are awesome and I think every new unit has that. April is super friendly and is very fair and honest. I know with the parking lots getting resurfaced a bunch of people got towed but honestly if they're complaining they just didn't read the very ...clear notices that were posted. August 14, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comWorst apartment complex I’ve seen. Unless you like off roading, the parking lot is HORRIBLE. You can’t use the garages and they look totally trashy, I’m surprised homeless people don’t live in them. There is zero parking for guests so if you have literally one friend who wants to hang out and doesn’t want their car towed they have to park in the middle of nowhere and risk getting their car broken into. The dishwasher isn’t even screwed in so every time you open it, it falls out of the wall ...basically and you have to hold it up. All in all I would give zero stars if I could. Maintenance and the front office did the best job they could surrounding all of the difficulties of COVID. My deck was recently washed and painted which was awesome. New Management and Exterior improvements
August 24, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in a few months back and haven’t had any issues. The apartments have been newly renovated and function well. As of recently they have been improving the exterior issues which is a major step in the right direction. They have filled all of the potholes and redone the parking lot, power washed many of the decks and buildings, and have just recently started improving the landscaping. The leasing office is open most of the time and are happy to answer when you knock. As far as location, it is ...near many restaurants, a few golf courses and only 10 minutes out of downtown. If you are more of the outdoor type there is quite a few hikes and the river nearby. August 4, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comSince we’ve lived here we’ve had a mouse and roach issues and no one helps they send exterminators with out notice as well as the maintenance guys have just walked in to our apartment. The parking is not good at all! You have to park in the back and I’ve had my 2 cars broken in to and they do nothing at all! After they were broken into they said to park in the front and when I did they towed my car and wouldn’t tell me where they took it for 4 days.
