If it wasn't so expensive to move I would

I have lived here for the past three years and although the property manager is nice and as helpful as she can be the owners of the apartment are tyrants. You can only have neutral colored patio furniture, four plants on a patio, and a black entrance mat. Anything else will result in a fine. I hear the utilities have finally been put to a flat rate, however due to covid, they are unable to give me a new lease (Inslee put a freeze on rent increases so I suspect that is why they won't give me a ...
new lease yet) so I am stuck paying a fluctuating rate. This rate takes all of the power in the common area, sewer, garbage, and water and divides it up based on how many people live in your apartment. I live in a two bedroom apartment and pay anywhere from $130-$150 a month unless they forget to charge you one month and double charge you the next month. This makes it hard to budget. Also, you have to pay rent online and unless you do withdrawal from your checking you can expect to pay processing fees. In my opinion you shouldn't have to pay fees to pay your rent. Additionally, rent is due exactly on the 1st. They do not post your amount any earlier so be prepared to log on and pay whether it is a holiday or not. Parking is very full. If you have more than one car per apartment I would suggest living somewhere else. Overall, I would just live somewhere else.

EXPENSIVE!

Apartments are descent but when you pay $300 in utilities a month on top of the rent......it is exorbent!!!! And they do not tell you it will be that much in utilities! BEWARE!!
