The website was so easy to navigate and I loved that all of the prices were right there for you to view. A big turn off with other complexes is when the prices are not listed and it tells you to call and ask. There were no hidden fees, every single thing you need is broken down for you right there on the website. The leasing agents, particularly Jenna, made me feel so at ease with her extremely prompt responses to my questions and being so incredibly helpful!

A great apartment with so much to do and people to meet. The apartments are new and very modern. I have felt right at home! Two things to know it is pretty expensive and maintenance takes their sweet time (or just not coming at all).

Goddard Point Hope is a beautiful place with many little restaurants and nice walks to do. It starts with a very friendly and helpful staff, then into the beautiful apartments. All the amenities are brand new and very nice for everyone.
