DIRTY! Poor management! HIDDEN FIGURES!
August 15, 2025IF YOU’RE READING THIS…and you don’t listen to me. I PROMISE you will be making a LASTING MISTAKE! I’m not lying to you. Don’t make the mistake I did. For starters, you pay for EVERYTHING! Don’t get caught up in the quoted price. Be prepared to pay a few hundred more due to fluctuations in utilities and hidden fees. Also, when I say DIRTY…I mean D.I.R.T.Y. You won’t see it in the landscaping, but look carefully. Look at the STAIRS! Stains, trash, pet waste! They have a great gym, but sweat from ...others is literally air dried. They have bottles for cleaning, but they’re filled with little chemicals and LOTS of water (useless). Management, speaks comforting words, but it takes MONTHS (if any) follow through occurs. They just want to make the sale. Ask for everything you may need or will need before you sign! Lots of turn over of residents. And if you can’t pay, your items will be thrown to the curb and off the property for anyone to take. WALLS ARE VERY, VERY THIN!! Yes, I’ve heard my neighbors having seggs. I was so embarrassed for them. HVAC is terrible (it NEVER turns off). Plan to pay extra for utilities in the hotter months. NO trash service Friday & Saturday. You pay for daily valet trash where you want to or not. No assigned parking available, detached parking garages are available and smaller “walk in” garages are available for a fee. Units have three floors (40 steps) no elevator. On the upside, maintenance provides quick turn around. Parking is usually not a concern for a few units. Other units, you better get in early. Quiet establishment. Valet trash cans are provided for all residents. If you don’t use them, they will not pick up your trash. Food trucks often on property. Not much resident engagements. Lastly, community is gated, but it means nothing as people just follow each other in.Property Manager Responded

Damaged, filthy, bad management
July 26, 2025Several buildings have damaged roofs from Milton, water damage, plus the complex floods. The property is not well kept with dirty breezeways, unkempt light fixtures, garbage everywhere and pet poop everywhere.Property Manager Responded

Wow- Stunning

Disaster
March 22, 2023I’ve been here three weeks. The gate, trash compactor, splash pad, grills and fireplace are all broken. The pool bathrooms don’t have running water, the toilets don’t flush. In our apartment, our dishwasher has been broke since we moved in. I have called the office for a few different reasons even before I moved in and they have never returned my call for anything, not once. They never answer the phone. I’m so disappointed.
