High dollar rent, with low dollar care.
August 7, 20237 year resident,never late, doesn't matter. They charge the highest of rates, but the buildings are falling apart. My building has had a gaping hole in the roof for 4 months, and every time it rains, it rains into a light socket in my laundry room--real safe. There are also leaks in the bathroom and kitchen. The roof has been covered with a tarp since the tree fell on the building on April 1, 2023! It is now August.. They have not bothered to adjust rent. In fact they raised the rent! I ...have put in several calls and emails and they can't be bothered to return any communication. I even went to the regional manager, and nothing. Buyer beware folks... you do NOT get what you pay for here. Homeless people regularly dive in the dumpsters and yet they do nothing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
