No matter how clean I am, there's roaches everywhere. I have bombed my house and request pest control every week. It is embarrassing having company over with roaches crawling every where. Spiders are a huge problem as well. I woke up with hundreds of baby spiders crawling in my bed. The landscaping is trash. The buildings are falling apart and they're going up on rent and its not worth it. I will say the renovated apartments are cute inside but old appliances. Management is almost never in the ...

When I moved here, Chriss the manager make me felt at home. After six month I start having issues with my place but his due diligence to get things resolve I can’t complain. Since the new management Sydney moved its a hell living here I watch this apartment going from good to worst. Right now my main stress is rat ant mice inside of my place. I have been dealing with that for weeks now. No emergency was taken. One time I had to knock at her door to get an electrical issues resolve, I was out of ...

Been living here for almost a year, location is perfect. 4 minute drive to Valencia College West Campus (community college), Winn Dixie, and about 6 to 7 minute drive from the tollway. 10-12 minute drive to Universal Studios, office staff is really friendly and always there to help out as well as the maintanence staff. Grounds are kept nice and clean and with the access to many pool/outdoor grills you can't help but have a good spring/summer/fall/winter. Yes you heard me correct, for those who ...
are from up north and used to chilly winters don't fret. It doesn't actually get "cold" until January and will last until early-mid March. Dec 25th 2015 it was 80 degrees out, trust me as a northerner myself I was pretty shocked as well. Overall a pretty standard community with 0 incidents in the time I've been here. We do have security patrols that do come around our complex as well as many others in the metrowest area and never felt safer. Perfect area for jogging/walking as there are many paths to take that span many miles. Bus stops are within walking distance, with one stop just across the street from the complex. Certain parts of the complex around the buildings 5-8 if you have a lake view you can sometimes see/hear the fireworks at Universal Studios. Price to square footage is standard and compared to the rest of the metrowest area, best deal in town. Very easy access to I-4 and about a 35 minute drive from Disney World/ 20 minute drive to Downtown Disney (Disney Springs.)

I've lived here for a year and will not be renewing my lease. Infested with termites, unfriendly staff in office and maintenance, ancient appliances, landscaping is horrible, wild life is out of control. My best advices to you is move somewhere else.

The ladies in the office are amazing, and anything you go to them for, they'll be really enthusiastic to help. They really care about your life and how you're doing. They ask me every time I stop by how work's going and how my family is doing.
It's clear that they really want to keep the grounds nice. There are ponds around the property that are decently kept, but the grass isn't doing great everywhere. It still looks nice, but it could use a little more attention.
There's a pool for every two ...
buildings on property and they're nice for cooling off in the summer, but they're a bit small to use as a work out. The Fitness Room looks nice to me, but I don't understand how any of the equipment works.
I really like my apartment. When I moved in it was clean and everything in my kitchen was new. There are a few things that I've submitted to maintenance, and everything's been checked out, but there aren't a lot of people here working on that, so it takes a bit. My sink was leaking and they came to look at it in a day, but it took about a week for them to get everything to replace it.
There's hook ups in the apartments for laundry, but you need your own machines, or you need to rent them (the office helps if you want to rent). There's also two laundry rooms on property, with two washers and driers each.
