March 11, 2026My fiancé and I have been living here for 3 years. We lived in a studio and then transferred to a one bedroom. We love the pickleball court for the summer time, my fiancé loves smores so the firepit is really nice. They don't have a pool but the lake we go to is 9 minutes right down the road. The community is in a safe quiet area. Right off Foley Blvd next to AMC Movie Theater in Coon Rapids.' The neighbors keep to themselves. Noise is very quiet inside the units. You can hear noise walking ...in the hallways but that is every apartment. It was built in 2023 so it's really new, very modern, and spacious. Common areas are bright and modern, the hallways smell fresh, and everything from the elevators to the amenities feels high-quality and well cared for. The management and maintenance teams deserve special recognition—they respond quickly, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about residents’ comfort. Excellent property and great manager
October 31, 2025Are you looking for best place to live ,look no further ,you would be able to find this gem of a home/apartment. The common spaces are inviting, spacious, the kids love the playground and yard space with few kind games, and it's hard to beat the location! The property manager does a wonderful job of keeping things taken care of any issues quickly, and has been fantastic to work with from the start. April 26, 2025The location is fantastic, on a quiet street yet easy access onto the highway. Newer property with more new apartments coming. Apartments are very nice with upgrades such as side by side laundry in each unit, big closets, nicer appliances and pleasing. On-site management and maintenance that are caring and responsive. Not worth it
December 18, 2023Overall not worth the high cost. Uneven flooring in unit, cabinets rub together. Amenities are small (gym) and party rooms are very basic (still the best touch out of everything). No patio furniture for the outdoor grill areas. Replaced my own water filter, no housekeeping or maintenance onsite. Again, my main complaint is that the rent is too high for what you are getting (or NOT getting) overall.Review from Apartments.com
