Are you looking for best place to live ,look no further ,you would be able to find this gem of a home/apartment. The common spaces are inviting, spacious, the kids love the playground and yard space with few kind games, and it's hard to beat the location! The property manager does a wonderful job of keeping things taken care of any issues quickly, and has been fantastic to work with from the start. We would and have recommend this property to friends because of how well everything is run. love ...

The location is fantastic, on a quiet street yet easy access onto the highway. Newer property with more new apartments coming. Apartments are very nice with upgrades such as side by side laundry in each unit, big closets, nicer appliances and pleasing. On-site management and maintenance that are caring and responsive. Super clean.

Not worth it

Overall not worth the high cost. Uneven flooring in unit, cabinets rub together. Amenities are small (gym) and party rooms are very basic (still the best touch out of everything). No patio furniture for the outdoor grill areas. Replaced my own water filter, no housekeeping or maintenance onsite. Again, my main complaint is that the rent is too high for what you are getting (or NOT getting) overall.
