We live in a one bedroom here and will stay for another year. You put in a maintenance request and it’s done the next day, unless it’s the weekend. The property manager is sweet and very helpful for any questions. The neighbors are quiet but some are friendly enough to say hi or ask how you’re doing. They are quick to investigate dog poop and weed. Don’t blame them for investigating, for what I pay it should be kept nice. This isn’t North side. It’s a good place to live. My fiancé and I have been living here for 3 years. We lived in a studio and then transferred to a one bedroom. We love the pickleball court for the summer time, my fiancé loves smores so the firepit is really nice. They don't have a pool but the lake we go to is 9 minutes right down the road. The community is in a safe quiet area. Right off Foley Blvd next to AMC Movie Theater in Coon Rapids.' The neighbors keep to themselves. Noise is very quiet inside the units. You can hear noise walking ...
in the hallways but that is every apartment. It was built in 2023 so it's really new, very modern, and spacious. We will continue to live here until we find our dream home.

The location is fantastic, on a quiet street yet easy access onto the highway. Newer property with more new apartments coming. Apartments are very nice with upgrades such as side by side laundry in each unit, big closets, nicer appliances and pleasing. On-site management and maintenance that are caring and responsive. Not worth it

Overall not worth the high cost. Uneven flooring in unit, cabinets rub together. Amenities are small (gym) and party rooms are very basic (still the best touch out of everything). No patio furniture for the outdoor grill areas. Replaced my own water filter, no housekeeping or maintenance onsite. Again, my main complaint is that the rent is too high for what you are getting (or NOT getting) overall.
