Very Great Apartment
August 16, 2016I just finished with my year-long lease with Golden Creek Apartments. I was very pleased with my experience. The units were very clean and well kept up. The management was always friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues my roommate and I ran into were promptly addressed and fixed within a day or two. The placement is perfect as well! It's near 41st street, but tucked away so you don't get the traffic noise. It is right off of the bike trail, and you can feasibly walk to either Target or HyVee ...for groceries. I would highly recommend Golden Creek to anyone looking for an affordable apartment.
