Great units and exceptional manager

I moved to the Visalia area from out of state and had very little familiarity with the area. When I came across Golden Oak during my web searching I saw it got good reviews so I sent an email to the apt. manager. To say the least, Celeste is an exceptional manager. From the first email I sent her she was very helpful with getting me all the details/info I needed as well as working with me to get me into a unit as fast as possible.

extremely clean and had new carpet and flooring as well as updated appliances. The whole apartment community is very quiet; I never had any problems with any of my neighbors and some I even became friends with in the one year period I was there. Whenever I had a maintenance request for my unit it always got resolved within one weeks time, no matter how big or small. I believe all the good things I experienced while at Golden Oak are a product of good management. Celeste is very responsive to any questions you may have and will always make time to help you with your needs.
In addition to the great units and complex itself, the surrounding community is great as well. There is a community park and community church within walking distance and if your into fitness the jog around the block is sure to please with great views of the mountains.
I moved out after a year because I moved back to my home state for work, if I wouldn't have moved back out of state I surely would've stayed at Golden Oak as long as possible.
