Golf Brook is a great place to live, and a major reason is the excellent maintenance staff. Alex has been to respond for repairs, and he does a fantastic job. These apartments are spacious and beautiful, with a wood- burning fireplace, a screened porch, and even a one car garage with an attic for storage. After living here for seven years originally, I moved away, but I’m back again and have been here an additional year. This is a beautiful well-maintained complex in a super location. We are ...
close to Altamonte Mall and Crane’s Roost Park and not far from Wekiva Springs State Park. The office staff is marvelous, very helpful and accommodating. Oh, and by the way, we have a nice little gym and a lovely swimming pool.

I have been living at Golf Brook Apartments for 13 years and it has been a very positive experience for me. The office team has always been helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. The maintenance team is reliable and responsive, and the maintenance supervisor does an excellent job making sure everything is handled properly.
My apartment is comfortable and spacious, and any service request I have had over the years has been taken care of in a timely manner. The community is well ...
maintained and clean, and I appreciate that pest control is provided, although it is rarely needed because the apartments are kept in great condition.
I enjoy the area and like taking walks around the community. I feel safe here, which is very important to me. I also enjoy my neighbors, which adds to the overall sense of community.
After 13 years, I am still happy to call this place home.

The property itself it’s beautiful it reminds you are close to nature at all times. Sitting in a prime spot close by to wekiwa springs . This place truly makes you feel like home. Highly recommended.

Golf Brook Apartments is an amazing place to live! My apartment was spacious, private, and so perfect for my husband, dog, and I! If we hadn't purchased a house we would still be living there. The maintenance and office staff are always quick and friendly, and the community is very well maintained. I recommend Golf Brook to all my friends, family, and another else I meet who is looking for an apartment!

If you are considering apartment living, then Golf Brook Apartments is where you want to be! I have been a resident for 2 years and been very satisfied with living here. The management and staff are truly exceptional and are very attentive to resident concerns. Everyone works hard every day to ensure operations run smoothly and management is very interested in promoting and maintaining a healthy community life.

layouts and raised ceilings (for second story units) are nice too and add virtual space. The property was built on a former 9-hole executive golf course, so most of the units are bordered by lots of open green space, which provides nice views and a natural sound barrier. If you love mature trees and people, there are plenty here! This is a safe and quiet community and offers lots of nice amenities (clubhouse, pool and gym). The property is also pet friendly. In fact, this past year, management added a Pet Spa called The Pampered Paw!!
All of the apartments also include fireplaces, large master bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower and garages! These options are not available in many apartment communities or are considered separately priced options.
There are so many great reasons why you will love living in Golf Brook. I hope you will strongly consider Golf Brook Apartments as your next residence. You will be truly glad you did!

The staff are the nicest management you could ask for, and the maintenance staff are on top of their game. I have lived at Golf Brook Apartments for several years now and have thoroughly enjoyed the community. I have a 3 bedroom, 1600 square foot unit so each of my children have a private bedroom, two full baths so my daughter has her private bathroom, there's plenty of closet space, large rooms with very high ceilings, a great living room with a raised marble wood burning fireplace and walkout screened patio, and they allow pets. Each unit has a garage with lots of attic storage. The neighborhood ...
is fully treed, has an awesome pool with covered entertaining space, a work out room, and lighted tennis courts. Most importantly, the management continually upgrades the apartments, repairs are usually accomplished within the day they are called in, or as soon as they can procure parts, and the onsite maintenance staff are extremely efficient and courteous. The staff in the leasing office who handle day to day business are incredible...they know your name and are immediately responsive to any request you make that's within their power to accomplish. They have holiday parties, pool parties, and social events at local restaurants for residents. I am so pleased I found Golf Brook Apartments in my search for a great living space which is also close to schools, restaurants, gyms, and major roadways.

I’ve been living at Golf Brook for about 6 months. The units are adorable. I appreciate my garage. Oh and my bathtub is the best thing in my life! It’s a really cute part of town too. A nice neighborhood to go running or biking in and very close to Wekiva Springs. The office staff is great too! Whatever you need done, they got it. I have had zero problems since I’ve been here. What a great place to live!
