This apartment complex is run down and they do the bare minimum to keep it alive. My apartment had hair painted into the walls, microwave drips grease when you heat your food up, food stains on walls, carpet not even secured to the floor, mold in my A/C machine. When I told them about the mold, all they did was send someone out and lightly sprayed something into my A/C unit. They didn’t actually clean anything out. I was left to clean out whatever mold I could get to myself. I was unaware of all ...
of this because they did not let me see the apartment beforehand because someone was living in it. There is always trash just floating around the complex like in the grass or around the parking lot. Broken glass can also be found around the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more money for something nicer because this is definitely not the place to rent.

Unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO live in West Chester, DO NOT LIVE HERE! When we moved in a window in one of the bedrooms was broken and never fixed! One weekend our fridge stopped working for no reason and when I put an emergency request in they didn’t send someone out until the next morning. When they did come in they didn’t do anything and said it had to wait until Monday. The “repair man” then complained to us that we called him out to us on a weekend and how unfair it was. IT IS YOUR JOB! We ...
were never compensated for the food we lost. Also our oven is hanging on by mere duct tape. The window on the oven door has fallen off multiple times and the oven turns off and on whenever it feels like it. They won’t replace it be it’s “not broken” so I gave up on asking for it to be fixed. Our dishwasher barely worked too and left the dishes on the top rack dirty and all of them smelling awful! Then there’s the water pressure, it goes up and down to the point where you’re getting drops of water rather than a stream! Then there’s the pool, which was closed for half the summer due to “repairs” but I never once saw anyone doing anything to it. It is expensive and 1000% not worth it! So happy to be out of there.
Oh and if you don’t give them the 30 days notice that you’re moving out you own MORE THEN YOUR MONTHLY RENT! Not worth it!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL and suggest to AVOID stay in this place if possible! I am giving this place a lower star as I could not give half star or lower than that.
My some of the very common negative experiences(repeated throughout my stay) are as follows:
-Water supply gets disrupted without any prior notice, after calling the office we get to know that maintenance is happening but still no clear timeline on when the water will be back! This happens not once but multiple times.
- ...
pool gets closed often, with very short notice or no communication as to why.
- We are still being charged our $30 a month amenity fee although the pool and gym are closed, unreal.
-The heating units all have a broken look to them and appear to be capped at a certain temperature despite how much you fiddle the thermostat. The apartments are really old and not maintained.
-After all of these aforementioned issues, they are very punctual in imposing the late payment fees(10% of rent amount) in one day for those as well who has always paid rent on time and ONLY once due to SYSTEM FAILURE in bank it was delayed.
Very Very UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!

I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I love it. The employees are very nice. Maintenance requests are quick. Im in a 1bed 1bath apt with balcony and I am continuing my lease here. I recommend this place. Location is 5-20 minutes away from everything I need.

Not only is there awesome amenities like a pool and gym, there is apartments equipped with a washer and dryer, super helpful staff, and beautiful apartment interiors. We just moved in and are in love. While these buildings may not look like much on the outside, they are beautiful and spacious on the inside!

I have been a tenant at golf club for 2 years now I like my neighbors and the staff are always helpful especially the new ladies in the office. I went to pick up my pool passes and was greeted in a professional manner by the staff and Ayana’s was very helpful an informative. I appreciate that very much I also have to give praise to the maintenance he is always helpful and fixes my issues in a timely matter.

We sold our house and moved here with a 10 month lease. We reported issues with various items the day we moved in. Damaged patio door, broken window screens, cracked door on microwave, cigarette burn on bathroom sink. Only the one window screen was repaired. It's been 5 months. When we turned our heat on, it didn't work, that got fixed in about a week. When I call with a problem, it's days before I get a human response. My upstairs neighbors blast music and they refuse to do anything more than ...
tell me to call the police. There's cigarette butts and dog poop all over our courtyard. The rent is high, the fees to move in are ridiculous! Won't be renewing a lease, we're looking for a new house already.

1.) They changed property management companies and didn’t tell the residents. Claim they did, but never received an email or a notice in our mail.
2.) They ask residents to be ready for “routine checks” weeks at a time. So if you have pets, they want you to lock them up every single day of the checks. They actually had a two week long period where they wanted to do these “checks.” They also do not tell you what they’re checking for. Called the corporate office and got no answer for this ...

3.)Unprofessional and unorganized maintenance crew. Show up hours late or not at all. Had to call the Property Manager to get someone over to their “scheduled” maintenance time. Left work to meet them and they never came! Had pet locked up this entire time for no reason. Main maintenance manager always seems to be “on lunch” when you need him. Has an attitude when he shows up. Needs better customer service skills.
5.) Prop MGT Team writes important information on stickie notes or random pieces of paper and then lose that paper. In turn, missing the fact that they scheduled a maintenance. Or a lease renewal.
6.) The gym is disgusting and old. Never sanitary wipes to clean the equipment. Never vacuumed. Most the equipment is broken or leather is ripped apart. Leg machine does not work properly at all.
Hope the new management company has some tricks up their sleeve to turn this property around.
