April 15, 2026Since I moved in things have changed a lot. The dog bins don’t get emptied regularly, dogs pooping everywhere and not being picked up, loud residents and ore strange cars parking in the lot. I still enjoy how quiet it is but it isn’t like it was when I moved. There is numerous strange vehicles constantly coming and going at all times of the night. The units haven’t been updated but our rent keeps going up. I really like it here but with rent increasing every year with no updates to the units it ...has me really thinking a place with similar rent, newer and more amenities to offer. September 8, 2025Very nice place has its own washer and dryer in unit they keep the grass and hallways clean ! Very nice quiet neighborhood 5min away from grocery stores! The down part of these apartments is the floors are hardwood so the floors are hallow if you live on first or second floor u will hear neighbors constantly walking around stomping ! You can also hear coughing and sneezing !
