Renters remorse - lax enforcement of smoke policy - presence of cigarette smoke, marijuana smoke and drifting vape smells in apt. units, on balconies, in front of doorways; living space is affected by smell/odor and potential health concerns are caused from being exposed to second-hand smoke; not good for people with allergies, asthma or children
