Love my unit
November 6, 2025I have a balcony and can see mt hood from my unit???? Love this place. Nice office, they had a party last month and i love the pet of the month posters they make. In the pearl close to the restaurants too. GHProperty Manager Responded

Happy with The Gossamer
May 9, 2024I’ve been in The Gossamer for 4.5 months now, and am very comfortable. My studio is very cute with a great view, and has wonderful appliances. Great location, thick walls and friendly staff!
November 24, 2023I have been living at The Gossamer for just over 4 months now. I have been enjoying my time here so much, that I have decided to leave a review. I love the location as it is very close to my work, and is situated right in between the tram lines for local public transportation. The building is quite new, so the thick walls are a great selling point, I never hear my neighbors at all. When I first toured the building I was very impressed by the quality of the amenities, but also by how friendly the ...staff were. I was cautious of this and assumed that it was only going to last for the duration of my tour. But after a very smooth move in and 4 happy months later, the maintenance and office staff still continue to be friendly as we bump into each other around the building or at the monthly resident events. After the housing nightmares I have been involved with in the past, I am incredibly happy with my choice. Thank you to Carlos, Thomas, Anthony, Adam and the new girl :)Property Manager Responded

Beautiful property!
November 17, 2023Everything about the Gossamer feels high end and thoughtfully managed. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the property is well maintained and the amenities are top tier! The views are beautiful and you have access to a number of restaurants, bars and shopping. Poor design offsets a great staff
August 16, 2023The staff is truly great but, man... whomever designed this place needs to get a different profession. Lets start with the A/C. Only in the living room/kitchen. That doesnt help you when you need to sleep and it barely works (pumping it at 64 all night still results in a 74 in the morning). The stove is right next to a smoke alarm. Just basic cooking sets that off. And the doors... ugh. They thought they would be cute and have a key pad. Everytime you touch it, it activates and when its ...unlocked, touching it makes it lock. Sound great? Except when you accidentally brush against the pad with your elbow/hip/bag/etc. Then the lock extends. You've heard of re-inventing the wheel? These guys tried to re-invent the door. The parking spaces are ridiculously tight. The place is also made for tiny people - from the closets to the refrigerator to the toilets. My wife is 5-4 and even she is complaining about how low everything is. Counting the days until the lease is up but likely wont wait that long.Property Manager Responded
