May 15, 2026We took about three weeks to tour a variety of properties in Fort Collins and Loveland before ultimately coming back to our first tour here at Governor's Park. We've had a great experience so far! Wren was very detailed & informative in our tour, and through the move in process. They've shown to be very caring and helpful. This experience would have been completely different with someone else. We came in later in the day on a Thursday and asked for the quickest move in possible to avoid an ...ever-growing hotel bill. Wren expressed they would do everything they could to help make that possible, and did! With the help of their coworker Andrew, the two of them were able to get our paperwork processed and us moved in by end of day Tuesday! (including two days off for their weekend) I've rented a few other places before, and never before have I felt seen as a person and treated so well by property management staff. They were closed the day they scheduled our tour
April 26, 2026They scheduled a tour for us, and the day before we tried to call them and confirm the tour but I could NOT get past their AI bot. I arrived on time for the tour and the office was closed, with several "Sorry we missed you" stickers on the door. March 22, 2026It has been ok, older buildings, no A/C throughout the unit which is getting very noticeable in the bedrooms as it heats up. Windows are old and not weather proof. Otherwise, nice staff and the people in the community are nice. Maintenance has been good about fixing the issues I have had.Property Manager Responded
