November 28, 2025Nice amenities, the property is well taken care of. Timely responses from maintenance for any needs, and issues are resolved quickly. The apartments can be noisy, but that's to be expected in any apartment situation. Some things are cheaply done (occasional spiders painted over in between tenants, classic landlord special, cutting corners type of stuff) but overall a comfortable place to live.Review from Apartments.com

October 31, 2025I love my apartment and I love how easy it was to move in but there was definitely a catch. All the additional fees like maintenance, pest control, trash, water etc make the price significantly higher than I initially signed on for. The location is spectacular and I love my porch looking out over a big grassy area with nice trees. Neighbors are all quiet and respectful - except for letting all their friends and visitors take the best parking spots. October 28, 2025The leasing office staff (Andrew and Wren) are so helpful and kind. The apartment interior is perfect for us. The area is beautiful with lots of trees and we have friendly neighbors. The complex is in central FoCo so it’s convenient to get anywhere in town.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2025We were moved to a temporary living space because we have mold and mushrooms growing in our wall due to a leak that we put in a work order for almost 3 months ago and we have not heard anything back since being moved to this temporary living situation after almost a month and leaving a few voicemails. August 26, 2025Recently my vehicle was broken into breaking the door lock and ignition causing over thirteen hundred dollars in damage. Management says there's nothing they can do. But I believe by putting a cheap $10. Sign out front that says it's protected by cameras with the terror a lot of thieves. Or even fake cameras. July 20, 2025I’m upset by all the spiders and ants and earwigs in my unit. I can’t sign into attendant portal, so went and told the office and told her I couldn’t sign into the portal to put in a request for the exterminator so nothing has still been done about this issue.Property Manager Responded
