The apartment was not cleaned very well. There were cobwebs in the corners and the cabinets were sticky. The grounds are well kept and community areas seem well maintained.

I never in my life that I could leave such a bad experience. First off our apartment flooded as well as the whole bottom floor of my building. They came in finally got it fixed after hrs. Nobody could do anything that had to with water that was living on the bottom floor. Finally plumber comes and restoration people. They put machines in everyone’s apartment for the water so there goes the electric bill sky high for machines running all day and night. Then the take out floor boards off and panels ...
from around the doors. It’s been 3 months and they have not returned to fix our apartment. It’s ragged now and you have to cover the hole when going to the restroom. Been asking for months about the problem. But we have to pay rent on time for the way our homes look. Then have the nerve to tell us we can’t smoke on our balconies. Fix our home then we can start talking about the can and can nots of the facility. You need residents to run an apartment building keep that in mind. Many have moved

We took about three weeks to tour a variety of properties in Fort Collins and Loveland before ultimately coming back to our first tour here at Governor's Park.
We've had a great experience so far! Wren was very detailed & informative in our tour, and through the move in process. They've shown to be very caring and helpful. This experience would have been completely different with someone else.
We came in later in the day on a Thursday and asked for the quickest move in possible to avoid an ...
ever-growing hotel bill. Wren expressed they would do everything they could to help make that possible, and did! With the help of their coworker Andrew, the two of them were able to get our paperwork processed and us moved in by end of day Tuesday! (including two days off for their weekend) I've rented a few other places before, and never before have I felt seen as a person and treated so well by property management staff. They are greatly appreciated!

This apartment is so ran down. I will be counting the days till my lease is up. At least eventually the maintenance has made it kinda tolerable with replacing everything that was broken when we moved in.

Moved in like a week ago, and the interior is pretty nice, the hardwood is a nice color, I’m glad I got this place, and that I was lucky enough to move in so quickly. I just got dumped and needed somewhere to live, so I really appreciate it, of course.

They were closed the day they scheduled our tour

They scheduled a tour for us, and the day before we tried to call them and confirm the tour but I could NOT get past their AI bot. I arrived on time for the tour and the office was closed, with several "Sorry we missed you" stickers on the door. If they are this bad to communicate with prospective tenants, I can't imagine how unresponsive they are to those already on the hook for rent.
