Dishonest
October 10, 2019This place has issues - right next to the train tracks and crossing- and hence you would have to adjust to the incessant honking during the night. By biggest issue is how dishonest these folks can be. They are bent on keeping your security deposit and will come up with the most ridiculous lies in order to keep your money. Don’t rent here
February 9, 2019These people are not good people to rent from, and they are not pleasant to deal with. The manager come across as nice when she shows you the place but is horrible to deal with when there are concerns with the condition of the property. She is very rude and rather inconsiderate. They don’t care about you as a tenant, they only care about your money. The townhouse I rented I asked to be cleaned and was told it would be but upon move in date it wasn’t. There was mold in the washer and shower, ...filthy toilet seats, dirty carpets, the oven was disgusting, the refrigerator and cabinets had dog hair in them. Don’t take her word for it and don’t sign the lease until they actually clean the place. Wonderful location/ New units
January 18, 2017Obviously the other reviews on this site were written by the same person as they all posted the same day. We have nothing but positive things to say about renting at Grace Meadows. The units were new when we moved in, and we have never had a problem with the management; actually they have been very helpful and always attentive when asked. It did take a few days to move the snow last year but 30 inches of snow in 24 hours is not the norm and we have had no trouble with normal snowfall. Do Not Rent
August 30, 2016Cheaply put together town homes. Management blames tenants for poorly constructed homes. AC failed a year after living there. Maintenance was terribly slow in repairing any issue. Management illegally entered homes without tenants knowing. They charge to touch up paint after leaving and claim that it's not normal wear/tear. Also claimed my unit was dirty upon leaving after my wife and I cleaned it all day. Awful place and greedy management.Review from Apartments.com
"Management" is rude and dishonest
August 30, 2016Had terrible experiences living here. Workers entered units without any notice while renter wasn't home. People working there are family of the landlord who do not respond to issues and are rude when pushed to respond. Next to railroad tracks which is very loud. Also a huge sinkhole on the property that they deny. Snow removal is very poor. No one showed up for days after the big snow in January. Turnover is high due to many unhappy tenants. Bad experience
August 15, 2016We moved in and apartment had no screens in windows as well as our sliding door did not function correctly. Our a/c system failed in the midle of summer and they were not very interested in fixing it in a timely matter. Our refrigerator seal broke as well as sink faucet. Washer and dryer are very inefficient. Would not recommend to rent.Review from Apartments.com
