Beautiful apartments with great amenities
January 26, 2022I have lived at Graduate Pointe since they first opened (going on 2 years now), and have only great things to say. The apartments are beautiful and modern, the location is amazing (walking distance to Penn/CHOP/Center City), and the amenities (gym, bike storage, secured package/cold storage, security, rooftop, and patio area) are unbeatable. Management is always very helpful. There are great parking options, both assigned/covered spots and free (non-permit) street parking, which is a rare find in ...Philly. Modern Apartments with nice amenities
January 25, 2022I have rented a 1BD at graduate pointe for almost 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The location is conveniently located to Penn/CHOP, some neighborhood restaurants, and offers parking on site or free street parking right across the street. The apartments have a modern design with new appliances. If there is an issue with the appliances, they are usually resolved by the maintenance team within a day. The north facing apartments also offer a fantastic view of Philly’s skyline from the bedroom ...window or the balcony. June 2, 2021Do not rent here. They have multiple Airbnb’s here so anyone can come and go. They have parties and invite all kinds of sketchy people. On the weekends and at night it’s always so many people coming and going and standing outside of the building. The walls are paper thin I can hear literally everything above me every. Single. Footstep. The management here constantly changes, they lack communication, and are not accommodating. The “security” here is a joke literally just a random person sitting at ...a desk looking at their phone they don’t even look up to greet you when you walk in. I have seen empty packages in the lobby as if someone has opened it and took out whatever was inside. Parking in the lot is so expensive and when you park on the street it’s a high chance your car will be broken into or stolen all together(I’ve seen it happen). Overall just a horrible experience.
