Avoid This Building if You Value Basic Living Conditions
July 8, 2025Living here has been a constant battle with poor management, health hazards, and security issues. Don’t expect any real help from management — they’ll promise to fix things, but either do a half-hearted job or forget about it entirely, leaving you to deal with the problems yourself. Water shutoffs happen with zero notice. Most recently, during a heatwave on July 7th, the water was turned off around 10 AM — and it’s still off as of now. In the middle of a heatwave, that’s completely ...unacceptable. The building is infested with roaches (some as big as your thumb) that freely roam the hallways. On top of that, large rats occasionally show up — so if pests are a deal-breaker, steer clear. Security is another major concern. The back door to the building is often broken and can’t lock properly, leaving tenants vulnerable in an already unsafe area. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a safe, clean, and decently managed place to live. (Will update when conditions change)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nearly Inhumane
July 7, 2025I’ve had a truly frustrating experience living here. If you request maintenance or report an issue, don’t expect it to be addressed anytime soon. You’ll be given a random date for when they might show up, but the problem is usually forgotten, leaving you to deal with it yourself. The most disturbing part of my time here has been the infestation. This place is crawling with both roaches and rats. The roaches are so prevalent, you’ll find them casually walking through the hallways like it's no big ...deal. It’s incredibly unsanitary and frankly, unacceptable. Living here has been a constant struggle, and I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re prepared for poor service and unaddressed pest problems. And as of July 7th 2025 they turned off the water without warning around 10 am and it still hasn't returned.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
