This is an excellent place to reside because the staff is extremely experienced with great hospitality and customer service !!! The neighbors are very helpful in every way and ensure every one is safe !! I wouldnt trade this beautiful neighborhood for another one as well as the friendly staff . May God Bless !!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Management is horrible and they change management every couple of months! Drainage is bad and water will smell. I also got things stolen out of my apartment while here. I would not recommend.

This is my first solo apartment, so I had tons of questions and honestly no idea what I was doing but Samantha and the rest of the office girlies were so sweet and patient helping me out with everything! I look forward to living out my lease here! The amenities are super nice! And even the apartments that haven’t been recently renovated are in great condition!

I’ve been living the the Germercy Apartments for 8 months and I have no complaints. The staff is helpful, the complex is clean, and the noise level is minimal. The parking is great as well.

I have been living in Gramercy East almost 2 years. So far it’s has been quiet and clean. Maintenance is well kept, and after I put a work order in my issue is fixed within the next day or two. I gave 4 stars because the only thing that I don’t like is the towing company that rides all day and night ready to tow hard working people cars.

I have been staying at the Gramercy East for 2 years. I like that it is quiet and everyone basically stays to themselves. I love that it’s not to far from my job and I’m close to many stores. The management has been very helpful with making payments on your rent. I appreciate it.
