About Gramm Village Apartments
Our community has 6 traditional two-story brick buildings. We are in Summit Township, adjacent to the City of Jackson. We have lots of green space for you to relax and we are just a short walk from Cascade Falls. We are walking distance to grocery stores, banks, laundry mat and shopping centers. Our apartments are single floor, with extra storage and W/D hook-ups in a shared basement. Our townhouses are a two-story unit with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor, 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, and a large linen closet on the second floor. Townhouses also have a private basement with W/D hook-up and plenty of storage. Included in the rent price is heat, water, sewer, trash and 1 assigned parking space. You are in charge of the electric and gas through Consumers Energy.

This lady is unprofessional
July 31, 2023I completed an application for an apartment and got approved. I needed to move in on a later date and when I called her to let her know she stated that unfortunately I could not move in because the part to the stove was on back order. She never called me or anything and I was scheduled to move in the apartment in three days. I emailed her two days later and asked her did she have something else for me to move into and she stated that i needed to find somewhere else she's sorry. I should have ...gotten my application fee back because this was not my fault it was her unprofessional doings. Good Place To Live
February 16, 2020I've lived in the townhouse of this small apartment complex for 8.5 years. I love it. Never had any issues with bugs or rodents. If there is a maintenance issue Lucas, the property maintenance manager, is always prompt in addressing it. The grounds are kept clean and the lawn maintained and groomed daily. Kelly, the property manager is awesome! She's very attentive and actually cares about the tenants at the complex. She sends out newsletters every 2-3 months just to keep the residents informed. ...The children can run around and play while remaining safe. Everyone just kind of keeps a watchful eye out for others in the complex...without being to nosey or a busybody. And, it's also close to major stores, shopping and a 5-7 minute drive from the downtown business district. Gramm Village is a great place to live.
