    The maintenance crew is amazing! Jacob and Billy are so kind and helpful. Billy really helped me out today specifically and never has failed to help with anything that needs fixing. Billy ALWAYS goes above and beyond with his work. I am more than satisfied and happy with his work and appreciation the time and effort he puts forth.

  • Great for cold showers!!!

    This place is absolutely awful when it comes to anything plumbing or just basic repairs. The water is always broken somehow and the pipes always need to be fixed. Also when it rains the rain seeps easily into second floor apartments causing huge paint blotches to form full of water. On top of all of this the trash services is very picky on what they decide to pick up trash wise, if it isn’t a trash bag, it doesn’t get picked up.

    Billy and Jacob are very well mannered, kind and considerate to all tenants. They respond promptly and always willing to help when needed. I have lived here 15 years and this is the best crew this complex has ever had.

    I have been with Granada Apt which was Meadowbrook for 3years. This is a great crime free complex with reasonable rent fees! No shootings like at some of the other apt in our neighborhood. They have done lots to improve the complex. We just had reconstruction which was adding a nice exercise room. We did have 2 pools but they decided to take fill in 1 and make it a golf playground for dogs but I do see adults practicing golf. They do their best to keep it clean. Most complexes that allows animals ...
    outside don't care about what it smells like but Granada does. I can't say there isn't any type of disturbances but if I turn in a report, they do their best to take care of the issue.

    I absolutely like there apartment , because all bills paid but light all the other bills are paid. And there cable free added with you stay. And the office crew are very nice the people that i live by are also nice, the maintenance team are respect as well. These are great place to live.

    I absolutely love these apartments, All units have free cable, and most of the one bedrooms are all bills paid. The rent is a reasonable price, and the tenants are very respectful of each other. The landlord is very kind in understanding and the maintenance crew gets the job done within A good time frame, never had to call them more than once for any issue.
