Since 2013 I've been living in this apartment complex We recently moved Thank God before we left we make a video of the apartment how we left it Clean Just how we got at the 1st time actually better than we got it Everything worked properly We actually painted the whole apartment before we left We receive a notice that we have to pay them some money and they will not be given us our Deposit In the email they send us It said the utility are $394 This is just for trash in water for 2 bedroom ...
apartment The electricity In gas I pay that separate $210 for sanitize I ask why 210 they say for covid When I 1st signed the contract they never say 210 Counter resurfacing 220 Be careful make sure You Read everything in the contract before sign in it The 1st owner they were really good make sure everything gets fixed in our apartment this one they don't even change the AC filter And they have a big problem with roaches they do not care At all I'm gonna post the letter they send me and you will see exactly the breakdown they gave me This is somebody that's been living in an apartment for 11 years think about if you're gonna live one or year 2 year it will be worst If you got a Amazon package left on front of your door good luck finding it Any package get Deliver to your front door it will get stolen I have 2 brand new Bicycle deliver to my front
Both got stolen before I got there I bought brand new car that I parked right front of my patio It was all scratched up When I call the office to ask if they have any camera they say the camera they are not working in that area If you Try to wash your clothes at the laundry area the washer are always broken Big complex they only have 10 washer And if you find 3 or 4 washer are working they got A-line of people waiting to wash their clothes And let's go on For your safety and the comfort of your family look for another place to live better than This And good luck

I have lived here for 2 years, and have never had an issue. Very quiet community and my 1 bed apartment is plenty spacious for me. They upgraded my unit prior to me moving in and has a very modern feel. I feel very safe living here, management has always treated me well and the tiny maintenance requests I have had have all been taken care of quickly.

I’ve lived here for about a month and half and it’s been very nice. It’s very quiet, night and day most of the time. Sometimes people play their music but I don’t mind that personally. The neighbors are pretty quiet and the complex is always clean, including the pool. There is almost always a sheriffs car patrolling, which I love. The building seems to consist of a lot of families with young kids. I feel very safe here and I’ve really enjoyed living here.

GUYS DONT LIVE HERE. THe new management is so rude and never want to do anything to help you. The gym is always burning hot, the pool is always dirty, the staff is not considerate that this is your home!!!!! They just work here!!! they charge so much for rent but never want to upgrade anything. Old paint on the counters, the paint job on the ugly cupboards are atrocious, the playground is poorly maintained, the laundry room always smells moldy and your clothes come out stinky, also the washers ...
are expensive just to make your clothes stink. The office is shady!!!! they change policies and don't tell you until they want to charge you all kinds of money. ITS NOT WORTH THE RENT!!!!

I visited this community due to curiosity surrounding a rumor I heard about the community. I myself used to be in the property management field, and let me tell you Granada Villas is doing something right. Yolanda was a great tour guide. If you've never been to Lancaster in August, let me start by saying its hot as fish grease out there. Yolanda never made me feel like I was bothering her at any point in the tour. She was kind and friendly, and easily spent more than 15 minutes in the sweltering ...

My boyfriend and I came in and were immediately greeted by Kelly. She is very sweet, helpful and patient. We had a lot of questions and she made this entire process a piece of cake. Before we came here we went to other complexes but the staff was not welcomin at all. Kelly definitely made us feel right at home and we decided to apply because of her. Not to mention the apartment is beautiful and we love the amenities. Thanks so much for all your help Kelly !!
