Beware of this property

I hate to write reviews like this, and would chose no stars if I could. I lived in the top floor of the apartment complex for 1.5 years and when I went to move out, found my underground storage unit had water damage in it. Totes filled with water, mattress double covered and destroyed, etc. I had no time to do much because it was the weekend, no management available and I hired movers and couldn’t stop the move to allow them the opportunity to check out the storage unit. are not taking responsibility for it and making it a huge headache. My boyfriend and I took what photos we could and I have many items damaged and destroyed. Many personal items that can’t be replaced and other items covered with black mold from the water damage and other residents say their storage units smell of mildew as well. I provided Grand arbor reserve and forward management the opportunity to do the right thing and they have chosen not to. I highly recommend checking out any other apartment complex in the area; I lived at a couple other very nice apartments near grand arbor reserve and never had such an experience.
