Grand Bay of Brecksville
September 14, 2015Though it was built in the early 90s, the place is well-maintained, updated and has a terrific maintenance crew who live on the property. If you have problems, they are at your door. One cold December night after I moved in, I realized I had no heat. I called the emergency number and within 5 minutes, one of the maintenance men arrived. Time from initial call to end of problem: 40 minutes. Impressive.
