AWFUL
May 1, 2025I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. There is constant noise throughout the day and night—especially from the upstairs neighbor who bangs on the floor regularly, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy a TV show in peace. Cars pull up blasting music at all hours, take up multiple parking spots, and I’ve even seen tenants parking on the grass directly in front of their units, which is supposedly against the rules. Despite documenting everything and submitting formal ...complaints with photo or video evidence, management continues to brush things off as “normal apartment living noise.” I’ve lived in multiple apartment communities, and this is by far the loudest, most chaotic one I’ve experienced. Nothing ever gets resolved, and complaints are met with dismissal rather than action. The property itself is also poorly maintained—there’s often dog waste left in the grass, and it’s clear that rules aren’t enforced. It feels like management just lets anyone do whatever they want without consequences. There’s been a total lack of empathy or support from the office, and I’ve never once felt truly heard or respected here. Can’t wait for my lease to end so I can move on.Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2024I still don’t like the new handicap type rails in front of SOME of the buildings, but at least the grass is being cut more often Didn’t go up too much on the rent with new lease for next year. Repairs are done when requested. Overall not too bad. The dog park is better maintained but I still have to call sometimes to get the trash bin emptied. My new upstairs neighbors need to be reminded that people live beneath them. I wish I was in a building that didn’t have the ugly hand rails. They ...not only make the place look like some kind of institution, but make it ten times more difficult for moving in and out when it’s time. I heard through others that you are considering taking them down. Is that true? The mailbox chaos was ridiculous. I always thought that preventing people from getting their mail was a federal offense. Guess that doesn’t apply here. So if you leave our mail alone and plant some new shrubs in front of my building or at least dig up the dead ones.Property Manager Responded
