Long-Term Tenant Disappointed by Rising Rent and Unresolved Issues

I lived in this apartment community for many years and, while there were things I liked about it, the ongoing issues eventually led my family to move.
The biggest problem was the noise. The walls are very thin, so it was easy to hear neighbors. Another concern was that some dog owners didn't keep their pets under control. My children were scared several times while using the stairs, which made them uncomfortable in their own home.

reported were rarely resolved in a timely or effective way. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and often difficult to use.
The most frustrating part was the yearly rent increases. Instead of offering incentives to loyal, long-term tenants, management seemed more focused on promoting referral bonuses. After years of rising rent without meaningful improvements, we decided it was time to move elsewhere.
I'm not sure if tenants didn't just respect Edwin, the the manager, regarding noise complaints or something else.
I appreciated the years I spent here, but I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future residents.
