This place is an absolute dump and I don't think would pass health inspections. It is so outdated and nothing gets fixed. They just paint over it! There was a full piece of hair in my bathroom PAINTED OVER so it was stuck there forever. So gross! There was constantly issues with leaking water and the entire apartment was covered in black mold. That was just painted over like everything else. Constantly was having allergy, breathing issues living there and now I know why- because my entire place ...
was COVERED black mold. The office staff are very nice so I always hated complaining but they need to hire a maintenance team who actually fixes the problem. Blows my mind this place exists in the heart of Grand Blanc.

Best apartment I have ever lived in. The only reason why I am moving is because I recently purchased my first home, but I will miss being close to various amenities like (Walmart, Sams Club, Physician Park, Bicentennial Park, YaYa's, Firehouse, I75, US23 and the amazing schools that get excellent ratings. All in all my apt was spacious, beautiful and provided a washer/dryer and dishwasher which is kind of rare without having to rent a townhome. I was very pleased with the leasing agents who were ...

People have moved into this apartment complex that are allowed to be as loud as they want for as late as they want. Loud TV, loud music, loud talking. This place may as well be an arena. They should take the "upscale" sign off of the lawn. It was upscale when I first moved in, but no longer do I feel it is that way. No peace or quiet when coming home from a hard day at work. Management allows this to happen.

Lived here for 9 months and had good neighbors, minor hiccups with maintenance fixing things and then having them break again (door hinge issue). everything else they fixed stayed fixed (water leak in basement). I have loved living here and would recommend anyone to stay in these townhomes

We have lived in here for a year now we was going to move but things happen where we had to stay iyts a nice place small but nice our basement leaks anytime it rains out i have two small dogs the bad thing is too small of a space for them no yard noise you can hear alot of noise in the townhouses but other then that its nice but if you want open space dont move here.but if that isnt a must then its nice ..
