I thought some of these were exaggerated cases but nope. Spot on. The management does not care issues with ceiling caving in still waiting on update not that its an emergency? Elevators not working on a 6flr building that's fun. Noisy neighbors, dogs urinating in the elevators when they work, on the floor. Trash dirty carpets I could go on

Management doesn't do anything. Packages are constantly stolen and management just say shrugs. The building is not secure despite promising me they would be securing it. Not all the doors lock, and cameras do not work.

Now, 3 of 5 buildings infested with roaches. Apparently dog friendly means dogs can relieve themselves anywhere - inside, outside, elevator, all common areas. Filth & trash everywhere; noisy neighbors; package thefts. Apathetic property managers. Rental office building only semi-clean building. Laundry rooms flooded, moldy, filthy. Term ‘security door’ is an oxymoron. Water leaks everywhere. Mold, mold, mold. Work orders ignored &/or cancelled.

This place is the worst! If you don’t want the building manager or maintenance man walking in your apartment while you’re in the shower, sleeping or at work don’t move here. Also they will lie and say it was a work order for them to be there… roaches and security doors don’t work the maintenance man smoking weed in his car and telling you he’s on his break…. It’s just horrible… a good location for a super bad experience… you will regret it. Go somewhere else…

Not enough parking (guests taking up renter spots), throw up in lobbies that makes the floor reek for weeks, hastily and poorly renovated units, maintenance requests ignored for months.
Haven’t had working air condition for two months and management truly doesn’t care at all. Don’t live here.

Work orders are ignored; office staff lie to your face regarding status of work orders, pretend they don't know what you're talking about. Dogs poop & pee everywhere! Discarded furniture outside of all buildings EXCEPT management office building. Dogs urinating on discarded furniture that is dragged from units by staff. These are the nastiest, noisiest people ever! now, back to breaking into units. ...

I've been living here for almost 2years and I say it's been a nightmare. Every update promised was not present on my move in day. Dirty cupboards, old fridge, dishwasher and cooker. Your amazon orders won't see the light of day! My packages got stolen everytime, this place is very unsafe, I've had someone open my door on me (not workers) just random person while I was in my apt, imagine if I wasn't home. Things even got stolen from my car. Literally anyone can enter the buiding. Don't even get ...
me started on the response to maintaince request, if you have a maintainance request it would never get done in time. I've had to run to Walmart in the middle of the night to get a fan because the Ac stopped working and to them its not considered an emergency, the emergency lines never pick up, when they eventually do pick up you'll be speaking to someone in another state. It took them a whole 2weeks to get washing machines fixed. Don't be fooled by the updates, updates without proper maintainance is zero. It took about a month to fix a leak in my apt and guess what, it started leaking again? They still haven't finished fixing it. I can go on and on! Too many unpleasant experience This place will wear you out an test your patience. A complete nightmare!

Buildings are old and infested with roaches, renovations are almost entirely surface-level cosmetics, in-unit laundry machines are cheap and quite loud (they will shake your entire unit and you'll always know when a neighbor's unit is running), walls are thin, common spaces are unsanitary and always smell like smoke. Mail is stolen frequently. General rules that impact your quality of life are ignored by tenants and not enforced by management. Elevators are years out of date on inspection and ...

Leasing office staff are insufferable, slow, lack empathy, and employee turnover is high (lived here 2 years and there are replacements every 6 months or so). I could go on and on. Don't let the poor renovations, fresh coats of paint, and fake smiles fool you.

Not what you move in to. Only well kept buildings are the office locations. Dog pop and urine all over common areas. Too cheap to pay for adequate cleaning staff, if main person takes a vacation day, buildings look like he**. Mold, water infiltration, noisy neighbors.
