I've been here since November 2022 and plan to renew my lease again. My apartment is spacious, with ample closet space and a nice layout. The rent is reasonable and it's in a great location; close to downtown Howell, walking paths and the freeway.
The office staff has been helpful and friendly. I went to them with a concern regarding dogs being off leash, I felt listened to and the situation cleared up. My experience with maintenance has been great, they're quick to respond to work orders and ...

Small downsides; the dumpsters they have can become easily full to the point of overflow (they do have a large dumpster on one side of the complex to try to remedy it). Parking can sometimes be tight, mostly on the weekends. The washer and dryer (laundry room is on the second floor) can only handle smaller loads.

I have lived here for about 3 years. I have seen a considerable difference in the property. As in there are more residents that are respectful to each other. Which in turns gives the property a family feel. This last summer was very quiet. I think a lot of what I call riffraff is no longer here. And the pool is a very relaxing plus.
