Good location, with Target, Sam's Club and Walmart all within three miles. Within walking distance to Carbone's, CVS, Holiday and many other stores. Golf course only a few blocks away.

I am in the process of building a new home and needed a temporary place to stay after I sold my last home in the country - the Grand Reserve made the transition very pleasurable! I really love the well cared for and welcoming community and it’s great amenities so much that I almost wish that I could just stay here permanently!

Grand Reserve is a great place to live. My husband and I have moved to the area to be closer to our grandchildren. All of the amenities at Grand Reserve allows us to spend quality time in the pool. We love going just up the street to get ice cream and other business that meet our need.

We live in a 4br/2-1/2ba townhome. It’s been living here a little over 3 yrs. The community is great. Office staff are friendly and communication is great. Maintenance team is awesome. They all respond very well on questions and maintenance. Friendly and respectful neighbors. I definitely recommend this friends and family.

GR is a great community. I have lived here since it opened. Maintenance staff is excellent. Grounds are kept nice and the pool is great. I have recommended it to several people and will continue to do so.
