Worst place
March 16, 2021At first I thought it’s cool to live behind the stores. But Living behind all the store is the worst thing ever. Every night stores are unloading with the forklift and it’s super loud. Beeping noises from the trucks all night. On top of the train track noises also and if you live downstairs it’s extra loud. Apartment appliances are old. Carpets are dirty. you just can’t really see how dirty it is because it’s dark brown. I wouldn’t recommend this place especially for the ridiculously expensive ...price you pay for a 645 sq ft.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The grounds are diligently maintained and the office staff is friendly and professional each and every time I need something. February 22, 2019Management is terrible. No parking. Very old appliances. They don’t screen their renters very well. Lots of people living in one small apartment. Dogs barking all the time. Train is very close and loud. Would never live here again.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015The former Summertrace complex in Merced CA - is a hidden gem. I moved in from Austin, TX, having hunted via websites. For such affordable rent, you feel like you're living in Hawaii (as I did for a decade)! In a lush oasis of Queen Palms... all sorts of flowering plants. They have upgraded the pool area since 2013; Cabanas! Corporate rentals onsite for high-end clients. Super nice Lease Managers. UC Merced, Merced College and new Google campus are nearby. Right on Bus /Shuttle line and ...bike/runner path into downtown. Stores 1 blk. (you can live w/o a car here; walkable). Pet friendly!
