I love this apartment complex very clean, easy to manage with keeping clean and very quiet. Maintenance guys are always on their job and very thorough i really appreciate it and i can always contact Heather if I have any questions or concerns about anything.

Very nice apartments and the manager, Cody, knows how to do his job. If you have an issue with the apt., it WILL get taken care of. Maintenance crew is great as well. Great apartments and a great crew.

I have lived in a few different apartments and this one truly is a great place to live. I really enjoy how management is pro-active and engaged with all of us. Unlike in previous times, the property manager is on site all of the time. My family and I enjoy living here and we think you would too if you need a new home.

Located in the Northeast quadrant of Cedar Rapids, IA, this seemingly normal apartment complex is anything but ordinary. I have lived at Grand Ridge for just a short six months, but in that time, I've participated in contests, cookouts, and get-togethers of all kinds! A fully pet-friendly establishment, it is just minutes from some of the cities best outdoor trails and parks. However, if you crave the city, Grand Ridge is right around the corner from the business of uptown and the growing ...
metropolis of downtown. This complex includes washers and dryers in each room, a 24-hour fitness center, a playground, and much, much more! Hands down, the best part is the friendly, helpful staff that make Grand Ridge one of the best apartment complexes in all of Cedar Rapids. I have highly enjoyed my experience here so far and give Grand Ridge five stars for a fun, quality living experience!
