BUGS AND REPTILES AND SPIDERS AND WATERBUGS AND NO WATER
September 14, 2024There is a huge spider problem. In every place I've ever lived before I have never had spiders. Its gotten so bad that everywhere I look there's a web. One of the first things I saw when I moved in was a roach. I put that on my whole family and my life. When I saw the card on the door that said the apartment had been cleared for roaches (the card was dated the day before I moved in too) that's when I knew THERE ARE ROACHES. Not were, ARE. I saw a couple dead ones but multiple alive ones which ...meant an infestation. The spider problem is insane.For the most part, they're just the skinny spiders, but I have seen one big hairy ones. None of the windows or doors in my house are properly sealed. This means tons of bugs come through as they please. I've seen TWO GECKOS in my house. How would you feel if you woke up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and a gecko running across your floor? And they're fast. So fast. The panel above my shower leaks whenever my upstairs neighbor takes a shower. Imagine paying 1k-2k in rent just for a strangers bathwater to drip on you at 8 in the morning. Whenever it rains the window in my room leaks. The storms in Irving get very serious, So there's around a full water bottle's worth of water pouring in from my CLOSED WINDOW. Cause nothing is sealed properly. My patio door has a gaping hole in the bottom because NOTHING IS SEALED PROPERLY. This is where the geckos, and weevils, and waterbugs (at least one per month), flies (they'll camp outside of your door and squeeze in), wasps, everything you can imagine. It's a literal zoo. The water problem is as bad as everybody says it is. Sometimes they'll turn your water off for hours at a time, sometimes only 1 hour if you're lucky. Longest I've went was 2 days. Other times they'll turn off the hot water. Who wants to take a cold shower in the middle of February? Management is ignorant and lazy. 0/10 apartment, paying thousands to live in a colorful version for the projects.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Currently living here without water for 4 days, still they are not shown up. living in the apartment without water is what? I think nobody want that to happen in their busy life. Stay Away!
November 16, 2021Stay Away! This place is absolute garbage, the hot water constantly goes out for days on end. The front office never answers their phone or provides any solutions to help fix the problems within the apartments. You cannot reach anyone at their corporate offices, because no one answers their listed numbers or returns voicemails. To top it all off, I noticed a funky smell in my apartment and found black mold in all of the vents. I've lived here for less than 6 months and when I requested they let ...me out of my lease. The response of the office manager was, "We won't, because you haven't been here long enough to enjoy the amenities." Which their are none.Property Manager Responded

Towed car the day after move in
July 2, 2021If I could give this place "0" stars, I would. Don't be swayed by the reasonable prices, they do NOT care about their tenants. They will give you the runaround and tell you misinformation and when you call them out on it they say it never happened. My car was towed due to the wrong information given and they just said "there is nothing we can do about it" and proceeded to give the number to the towing company (I just moved in yesterday). If they had even an ounce of sympathy for their mistake, I ...probably would not be writing this review. As it is, from the very beginning, this has been one of the worst experiences with a rental that I have ever had to put up with. Now stuck in a 14 month contract and completely at a loss. Do not move here
September 11, 2020Review of my stay of couple of months. Please do not move in here. you may save some dollars (not worth it), but eventually realize that no one really cares from management to maintenance for fixing issues that you actually moved in with or facing recently. Your work orders are severely delayed, no one but, you have to take constant follow-ups on requests and after certain time, leasing office starts talking to you with disdain for follow-ups and still not realizing the issues. Please see some ...of the photos of move-in day for example (It does not end there), still not addressed. Some money that you save, will be spent on electricity as apartment windows are super thing and not insulated well, you can basically hear your A/C fan blowing outside easily. Decent choice with a Great price
October 6, 2015Villas de Estancia was a perfect choice for me. Ive had credit issues a year ago and it has ben hard to find an apartment that will accept me, but VIllas de Estancia have simple requirements that each applicant must meet. This is fantastic for those who made those mistakes and ready to improve,move forward and still have a roof over your head. Great pricing for the size, I leased a 722sqft home for 620/month. That is a steal, your paying less than $1 a ft so well worth it.Very quite area with ...access to plenty of stores, shops, 7/11, etc... Great fitness center with a beautiful pool.Some apartment say shimmering pool on the website, but they actually have a beautiful shimmering pool.
