April 27, 2026Kimberly O at the office is amazing! She makes everything easy and is so kind!! I adore her. I truly couldn’t recommend living in this community more. You get a lot for the price that you pay monthly! If live in a 2 bedroom with a garage. I never hear my neighbors and I feel very safe here. The office staff are very kind and so are the maintenance workers. They take a lot of pride in keeping the community clean and looking great. Every time it snows, the snow is being removed when I wake up at 5 ...am to go to the gym. I had a leaking dishwasher this winter and they replaced it very quickly. November 8, 2024We are on year 2 of living in The Summit and absolutely love it. The bedrooms are HUGE, and we love having a basement that is literally the entire footprint of the house. The neighborhood is nice and well kept. Yard care and snow removal right up to your front door is provided which is so nice! All of the neighbors we have met have been very nice and welcoming when we first moved in. It’s a great family neighborhood- lots of families with children! I also got the pleasure of meeting the new ...property manager the other day (Kimberly) and she is SO nice, very attentive and has responded quickly when I’ve reached out with questions.
