Annoying and Frustrating
October 20, 2025Don’t move here. A very basic complex that is located DIRECTLY behind two schools. It’s always loud and you can hear every game and event the school has. Additionally kids are often running up and down the stairs playing with little supervision. There a lot of bugs and gnats because it’s woodsy and tenants leave their trash outside of their apartments every day! The leasing office does NOTHING besides collect rent. No amenities, no perks, pool - nothing but a tiny leasing office and outdated ...apartments. There is no fitness center! They give a free membership to a gym 15 minutes away! Overall the staff is nice but they are understaffed. Maintenance team takes a while to get to issues and often have to come out multiple times to fix simple issues. Landscapers are here weekly but the grass looks horrible. Trash is often overflowing. Carpet in the breezeways is dirty, lights are never replaced, filters are never replaced and spiderwebs are abundant. Wi-Fi is community based and super slow. Appliances are cheap. It should be cheaper since they barely offer anything. They overcharged me for months! I had to call them out for them to realize! The tenant portal is never updated so it’s hard to know your total balance. Do not move here!Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2024This place has gone down hill since Ms.Arlene left. There’s been a shooting , a homeless person living in the parking lot and a car theft in a span of a few months. The new manger is never there , the office is always closed and they just don’t care about anything. But they will make sure to take on late fees asap but not clean up or keep the residents safe. All the reviews are before Ms. Arlene left do not be fooled. Take a tour of this place before signing anything you’ll see how dirty it is ...for yourself.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't Do it
April 30, 2023Poor management, and understaffed, the manager when we got here was a good person and would answer your calls but would loose track of issues due to staffing, then with no warning the property was bought and management was changed. The Super has only changed our filters once since we got here and if they were informed of the move in issues that we have had then they chose to ignore them. WE POINTED OUT THESE ISSUES ON THE WALKTHROUGH and were told they would be fixed and they never were. There ...was a step that was falling off the stairs that was poorly patches several times before being properly fixed due to someone being hurt, we had a leak and were left with mold on the walls in our laundry room, told we would be fine. March 1, 2023Convenient to shopping, dining, expressways. They offer a gym membership to Strives. I heard that they will be adding a pool and fitness center to the amenities. My neighbors are great! Nobody bothers you unless you need to be bothered, (if you don't pay rent, they will contact you) otherwise it's great. Nice neighbors and convenient to everything. Free gym membership is great. Don’t waste your time
November 4, 2022Once the property was bought by Glendale and the new office staff changed, everything went downhill. The office staff is extremely and unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They ignore complaints, charge unnecessary fees and fines, and are unhelpful. I’m not sure why they’re in the business they’re in with the type of attitudes they have. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear the people above you, next door, and in the breezeway. People are constantly playing loud music at all times. I just moved in. Hate it!!
July 23, 2020The first week and all windows were rained in. I called the office and they knew it was an issue but did not mention it before I signed a lease! They have one maintenance man. I placed a work order in for my sink to be routed a few days ago. Of course it isn’t fixed! The water just sits in the sink. I’m gonna try to get out of my lease!!!Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2019Great place to live. The office staff is great and very attentive. Small community and quiet. Most noise you'll hear will be either the lawn care team or the sanitation workers.
