Great Location
November 28, 2023I’ve lived here for three years, what this place lacks in amenities makes up for in space. The two bedroom one bath was MASSIVE. The maintenance guys, Anthony and Ralph are friendly and are always on site in case anything needs fixing, within an hour or first thing in the morning the next day. Zeena and Lisa in the office are so nice and willing to help if anything arises. The grounds are kept up and the pool is always clean and quiet (people rarely use it). You will occasionally hear your ...neighbors if you live on the first floor due to it being an old complex but everyone is, on the most part, pretty quiet. Older Apartments in need a little bit of TLC ,
April 27, 2016Management and staff are very friendly. Maintenance requests have always been honored in a timely manner. These are older apartments and could really use an update throughout the apartment. If you are looking for luxury apartment living than this is not the place for you. I have loved my apartment. It’s cozy. Maintenance seems to do a lot of patching up instead of actually fixing the problem which becomes more complex problem later on. Electric bills are extremely high for apartment ...living. The A/C can't keep up and really does not cool down the apartment but it is Florida. Rent here is cheaper than most places in the area probably because they are older apartments. I think my electric bill always balances out the expense of what a more efficient/updated apartment would probably run me. There is very little kitchen cabinet storage however the bedroom closets are very spacious. Most of the residents are very friendly. I have had very few problems with exception of some noisy neighbors. Walls are thin and noise travels. I have not minded living here. I am moving because we need more space and my family and I have outgrown apartment living. For the most part it is very quiet here and no one bothers me. The apartment complex has a great pool which is very well maintained. Staff does a fantastic job at keeping the outside grounds looking nice. Very cheap, and it shows in the apartment
March 28, 2016This place is horrible, things are falling apart and they are too cheap to upgrade, this is a old building and it really needs to be upgraded. The white cabinets are painted over and chipping away and they won't do anything about it. There is moisture in the bathroom and its creating mold, took like 2 months before she did anything about it, kept making excuses not to fix it, saying it was me, that I shouldn't close the door while showering or fan it out afterwards... Honestly there's such a long ...list, bottom line, yes its cheap (not much longer , keeps raising the rent) but don't move here. Nothing but excuses never wants to really fix it and everything is patched up with some paint, we don't have professional maintenance workers, and is always giving a hard time about everything.
