They Don’t answer the phone

For some reason no one calls you back when you keep trying to reach them and no one bothers to answer the phone even when they are there. What is the point of having someone at the front desk when they won’t answer. In the year I have lived there, they have maybe picked up right away twice. Most times I need to call 3 or 4 times at each option the front desk and the manager line. They cannot keep an appointment and will not call you back even when you leave a message. They also don’t answer ...
emails. Well over 20 calls during different times of the day and no call backs no answers. Very unprofessional. Do not believe them when they say to call back at this time. Wait fully on the phone till things get done or go to the office. They make sure to get a hold of you when you don’t pay but they don’t call you back when they owe you.
