Good but only temporarily
August 6, 2015My mom has lived out here for a couple years, and has been wanting to move since. I've lived with here for a little over a year. The apartment itself is nice. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, nice layout. The walls are paper thin, and the neighbors above us are really loud! The neighborhood is okay, trash is always an issue and the property manager has a foul attitude. The location is great though.... Right up the street from orange park and the mall of course. There's pest control, so critters aren't really ...an issue. I think the rent should be a little lower though. We are planning to move when the lease is up! It's a good place to live like I said if you just need something temporarily. I would not make this a home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
