We loved it until....
June 7, 2020We have lived here for over 8 years with no issues and now that marijuana smoking neighbors have moved in behind us and management refuses to resolve this for us we are getting ready to move. We love our apartment but hate the skunky smell we are dealing with on a nearly daily basis. It is so bad our sleep is interrupted and we have constant headaches. I will update this review if they do or do not resolve this matter.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Call Home
August 7, 2015Grande Hill Estates is a great place to call home. The rent is reasonable compared to other apartment complexes in town. It is in a great location - just around the corner from shopping, dining, and entertainment. It has great amenities - 2 pools, exercise room, dog park, basket ball and tennis courts, and even a place to wash your car. Enclosed car garages are available for rent. Pets (even large dogs) are welcome with plenty of space to walk, jog, or ride bikes - and if you are a golfer, ...Holly Tree Country Club is just across the street. The office staff and maintenance crew are super, and it is a gated community so you will always feel safe.
