An excellent community, really only negative is trying to turn left in Clement’s Ferry. This must be addressed soon as Clement’s Ferry is experiencing tremendous growth.

Living here has been a great time. I have a dog and having such a dog friendly community makes living here so much fun! Everyone is friendly and considerate. They have beautiful amenities and everything is very well taken care of.

Good experience so far just moved in. Did find a roach and a palmetto bug a day after we moved in., which was annoying. Other than that everything has been great.

The best place ever! I feel so safe and have no complaints. I am enjoying Grande Oaks Parc amenities like going to the gym or playing a game of pool. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind!

I think it’s a great place to live but trying to make a left turn out of the complex onto Clements Ferry is very hard (please get us a stoplight), and the leasing office smell is assaulting.
