July 20, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis place used to be nice until new property management recently everything went downhill. The apartments are old and require lots of maintenance. I had several maintenance issues that were never solved. I told the office several times about it and keep getting excuses. The new workers at the office now are rude and unprofessional. The parking is horrible even for the people who don't have attached garages. The pool is dirty and messy. This new management just cares about money and not their ...tenants.Read More

The promise of luxury living is not fulfilled, maintenance items are left without response if it is not an emergency, issues pointed out during move in have yet to be addressed and the leasing agent made promises without the authority to deliver. I have been promised for nearly two months that broken blinds would be replaced without any action being taken. The pool was rarely kept clean most of ...the summer, unless I skimmed it myself. With the cost of rent in the area the affordability is attractive but it is a run down property that feels like it is circling the drain.Read More
