won't recommend
July 20, 2023This place used to be nice until new property management recently everything went downhill. The apartments are old and require lots of maintenance. I had several maintenance issues that were never solved. I told the office several times about it and keep getting excuses. The new workers at the office now are rude and unprofessional. The parking is horrible even for the people who don't have attached garages. The pool is dirty and messy. One Star Luxury Apartments?!?!
September 13, 2022After 3 months living here I can say I would be very unlikely to recommend this property to anyone. The promise of luxury living is not fulfilled, maintenance items are left without response if it is not an emergency, issues pointed out during move in have yet to be addressed and the leasing agent made promises without the authority to deliver. I have been promised for nearly two months that broken blinds would be replaced without any action being taken. The pool was rarely kept clean most of ...the summer, unless I skimmed it myself.
