June 6, 2024I just moved into my apartment. I’m so happy to be here after searching for so long. Amaya is definitely the reason I chose this apartment complex, rather than the other 10 I reviewed. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and took the time to show me around and made me feel comfortable. Due to her kindness, I felt this was the place for me. BEWARE!!!!!
September 21, 2022IF I COULD GUVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I was very disappointed with my experience. When I entered the office, it was evident that the worker in the office to the left was extremely busy with helping someone. Because of this, I proceeded into the lobby where the front desk person did not seem interested to help me at all. She did not have a polite tone or seem eager, as she should be since I was there with interest to rent an apartment! She had an ear bud in and was watching her phone, very ...unprofessional considering you are the first person to be seen! She did not even put her phone down from it being propped up before continuing with me. She did answer my questions, but to the bare minimum. She did not offer any ‘extra’ information or offer to give me a tour of any kind. I was very disappointed with this and I decided to rent elsewhere. Just don't, rent goes up
December 1, 2021I thought when I moved I would enjoy the apartment. Now after 6 years it's become terrible. Pot smokers in other apartments , causing the smoke to waff down or up in to my apartment. Neighbors dog left out on their balcony and dog hair falls down on to my patio. Rent goes up every year and they don't upgrade apartments that have residents living in them. But new residents get upgrades. I was told this year my rent would go up this year again but by only a few dollars, try up 87.00 ...increase and we are still in the covid inflation. Maintained sucks, staff sucks. As a senior citizen life is supposed to be easier. Nope. Not here. 6 years security is also bad. Cops are called regularly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Absolutely not.
March 22, 2020Terrible management, no maintenance, dirty, dog poo everywhere, dumpsters aren't emptied on time, sky high electric bill and is right next to the train. A very loud train that runs about 50 ft from the property. You have to pause your TV while it goes by.Property Manager Responded

I love it here!
May 24, 2019Bruce Harris I renewed my lease today and after living here for the past 3 years, I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Working with Nichole (Manager) and Kim (assistant Mgr) and with the entire maintenance crew (James, Tim and Mark) makes every day here a little better than the day before. August 23, 2017Nice apartments but to expensive for the size of them. When my wife and I stayed here there was a silver fish infestation we would kill them left and right. Management was rude countless times, and went upon themselves to screen In our patio without asking if we wanted it done and then started charging us extra on rent because we had a screened in patio. The scenery and cleanliness is always up to participate and the staff are all friendly and very concerned about your comfort. The complex is quiet, child friendly, with retirees abs professionals that look out for each other.
