The maintenance is very bad for a nice apartment area
June 10, 2020I am a current resident living over here. There has been a leakage in my ceiling and water has been dripping since past 1 month. I have placed complaint to the apartment manager multiple times. Every time i complain someone comes over to look at it and goes without saying anything. And then the same dripping repeats. Nowadays, the floor has also started leaking and water is all over the carpet. There has been cracks in the wall ever since i moved here and they never fixed it, literally tired of ...complaining. If you want to live here, start compromising on the service they provide.Property Manager Responded
December 28, 2020After several inspections, we had to get a structural engineer to actual lift the building. This took several months and the situation has finally been resolved.
