Great Student Living!
June 18, 2021I highly recommend living at GrandMarc if you are a TCU student! It is a 30-second walk to campus and is in a beautiful location. Having my own designated parking spot in the parking garage was a huge plus. I loved having a washer and dryer in my unit as well, and having all of the furniture included so that I didn't have to move so much in and out. The staff and maintenance team are responsive and friendly!Property Manager Responded
