Great place to live. The office staff is friendly and polite, they really care. My experience has been that when you talk with them and explain your situation, they will do all they can to work with you. The maintenance staff is top notch and repair everything as quick as possible. I’m excited for the pool to open!. I absolutely recommend this place!

I go to visit the apartment at grandrigde and the staff is very polite and the place looks tremendous. This apartment management is terrible! They left my kitchen with holes in the wall for several months. Then the pool is supposed to remain open until 9pm however it closes at 5pm when the office closes. Cars are being stolen, apartments are being broken into! no security. Stay away!!!!
